Around mid August to mid September Southern Right Whales appear in numbers along the Australian southern coast – particularly in South Australia.

An international day of awareness that marks the beginning of the dolphin drive hunt season in Taiji, Japan.

During October the Humpback migration is in full flight! This is some of the best whale watching all year as the mum with their new born calves are retuning down the coast.

The Humpbacks whales complete their epic journey back to the feeding grounds deep in the Southern Ocean.
